Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on shipping method selected, destination, carrier, and product type. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Restrictions

Some products, including liquid chemicals or hazardous materials, may be subject to additional shipping regulations and restrictions. These items may:

  • Ship via ground service only

  • Be unavailable for expedited shipping

  • Have longer transit times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or appears to be missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
